Nick Challinor, Engineering Manager
Nick joined FBW in 2006, over his 18-year career with the company Nick has progressed to Engineering Manager. Nick has been responsible for engineering and design for various water, wastewater and waste to energy projects, whilst also being instrumental in enhancing the company’s 3D CAD capability.
As Engineering Manager Nick aids the directors in organising the engineering team, ensuring projects are delivered on programme, to budget and ensures that output quality meets the clients’ needs and expectations.
More recently Nick has gained a mental health in the workplace qualification to help and support staff wellbeing, creating a happier and healthier working environment.
Nick’s experience as a Mechanical Engineer within the Water, Wastewater and Municipal Waste industries along with implementing project management strategy, make him an invaluable and respected team member.
